Here are a few straight facts: there is only 1 female CEO out of all the Hang Seng Index Companies, and according to a survey conducted by Equal Opportunities Commission, more than half of employers are unwilling to hire women with children. As a student and a soon-to-be junior employee, what can you do to fight for gender equality at your future workplace and in society at large?

The event features a panel discussion and a mini ideathon.
